Dear guests,

to ensure you have a pleasant stay and to avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with the house rules. Use of the air conditioning

Doors and windows should remain closed while the air conditioning is running. Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the holiday apartment! And close all doors and windows.

Key: The house key must be hung back in the cloakroom upon departure.

It is not permitted to take the house towels to the beach.

Towels and bed linen can be changed upon request (for an additional fee). Weapons and other prohibited narcotics or dangerous and flammable items are not permitted in the apartment.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Please use the balcony for smoking. Ashtrays are provided.

Pets: Please send us an inquiry; we generally allow small dogs, but an additional cleaning fee of €150 will apply.

Damage: Nobody intentionally damages things, but accidents can happen. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of any damage so that we don't discover it only after your departure. The renter is liable for damages caused by themselves, their travel companions, or guests, or for which they are otherwise responsible.

 On the day of departure, or even beforehand, you are obligated to inform the host of any damage to the apartment and, if applicable, to pay for it if you caused it yourself. Quiet hours and visitors: In the interest of good neighborly relations and out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours. From 10:00 PM

Absolute quiet hours are in effect until 7:00 AM. Please coordinate any visits with us!

Overnight stays by visitors in the apartments are not permitted. Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings.

In the event of an accident, they themselves bear the consequences.

 Waste separation:

- Glass must be disposed of in the container in Turanj Centrum (at the parking lots by the beach).

- croatian deposit bottles and cans can be returned to the supermarket.

 - Plastic waste and packaging go in the waste bin with the orange lid.

 - Residual waste goes in the waste bin with the green lid

Withdrawal by the host:

The host may terminate the rental agreement without notice after the start of the rental period if the guest persistently disturbs other guests despite warnings or behaves in such a way that immediate termination of the rental agreement is justified.

Even in this case, the full rental price must be paid due to early departure.

Liability:

The guest is fully liable for any damage they cause to the apartment during their stay. The landlord cannot be held liable for short-term outages of furnishings, public utilities, etc., and a price reduction is excluded. The same applies to force majeure.
